Dear Art Supply Vendor, August 2011
The dates have been set for the 2011 Idaho Art Education Association Conference. It will be held Oct. 6th
at North Junior High School, 1105 North 13th Street, Boise, ID 83702
We are seeking vendor participation at the conference and would like to ask you to join us. Please look at the
attached information and application and feel free to contact me with your response and/or questions. We are
also looking for businesses to contribute to conference bags, as well as donate door prizes and items for the
silent auction and raffle baskets. The fees for the vendor tables and inclusion of ads in the conference bags are
listed on the information sheets. Our treasurer would be glad to give you a receipt for your donations for the
silent auction, door prizes, and conference bags to our nonprofit organization.
Accommodations can be found on our Conference link to left. Please mention the Idaho Art Education
Association to qualify for the reduced room rate. Set up time for exhibitors will be available from 4 to 6 p.m. on
Wednesday, October 5th or from 7 to 8 a.m. on Thursday, October 6th.
Please mail or email responses to me, Cami, with attention to the Idaho Art Education Association Boise
Conference. Also, check out the IAEA website at www.idahoarted.org. It contains more great information on
